When an air dryer fails compressed air users now have a cost effective option. A large fleet of high capacity air dryers is now available for medium and long term hire. Refrigeration air dryers with capacities from 1 to 110m³/min (3900 cfm) are available at short notice and at competitive rates. 

In the past clients who found themselves facing this problem, would hire a number of small capacity chemical dryers from a traditional hire fleet service provider. This often meant hiring 4 or 5 units and suffering the purge air wastage associated with chemical adsorption air drying and paying a per shift hire rates. This solution is expensive not only in compressed air purge wastage, but also in hire fees.

Artic Driers has the ability to provide medium and large capacity refrigeration air dryers to solve this immediate air quality problem. With a rental unit in place clients can plan a long term air treatment strategy without the immediate pressure of contaminated air infecting their airlines.

The system is geared towards long term hire for clients who operate standard stationary compressor sets and that operate within a radius of 300 kilometres of Johannesburg, and generally require hire periods of a month or more. Rates are competitive and are based on 24/7 usage.

REBATE SYSTEM If a client decides to purchase a new dryer from Artic, a hire rental rebate system can apply, this further reduces the cost impact of a catastrophic air dryer failure and provides for an orderly approval of capital purchase funds and re-allocation of budgets to provide for a new dryer purchase. Artic service crews maintain the units and perform on site inspections of hire units thereby ensuring constant dryer up time.

Dew Point Monitors with a data logging facilities can ensure that air quality is constantly monitored & maintained. Alarm signals can be activated in the event of a problem.

Heatless adsorption dryers, A fleet of large capacity heatless adsorption dryers is also available for clients that require really low dew point air (-40deg C PDP)for specialised applications such as hospitals, power stations and transformer repair crews.
