PSK-100 AIR DRYER CONTROLLER

The PSK 100 controller is a cost effective unit for the basic heatless twin tower air dryers. It is fitted to the PSK series marketed by  Artic Driers. Offering many  advantages of other products it allows for adjustments to  be made to the:

  • ·         Drying time cycles,  4 to  12 minute cycles are available.
  • ·         Adjustment of the Re-Pressurisation time period

 The unit  is designed to operate up to a 5  valve configuration. Display lights indicate the tower that is on line, and  when there-pressurisation cycle is in process  as well as power on. An illuminated on/off rocker green rocker switch is standard. Power required 220/1/50

 

PSK-200 AIR DRYER CONTROLLER WITH DEWPOINT CONTROL

The PSK 200 controller is an effective system for controlling heatless twin tower air dryers. The use of this unit offers a cost effective method of extending  by monitoring the exiting compressed air dewpoint (dryness) dew point of the compressed air. When a dryer operates below the design criteria the time cycles between switch-over’s is extended so saving expensive compressed air and reducing the wear and tear on the air dryers valves and shuttles. The longer the cycle time, the lower the compressed air purge wastage. This reduces operating costs dramatically
