Condensate Drains

The XAD 651 Float controlled condensate drain removes oil and water condensates from compressed air systems, without the unnecessary loss of expensive compressed air and the use of electrical power.

Manufactured in aluminium and is supplied with an anti hydraulic lock fitting.  The XAD 651 provides in reliable condensate management  over  a wide range filter and airlines without the need for power.

JDM50HP - HIGH PRESSURE CAPACITENCE DRAIN

Artic now has a 50 bar version that is ideal for the Blow Moulding industry, with the same features as the standard pressure series, the opportunity for the reduction in compressed air wastage has never been better. This unit will easily repay it cost with months

Artic has a 40 bar version with ¼ female ports  that is ideal for  a wide range of condensate drain applications using the same well proven timer module as the standard drain.  All spares are  readily available. Voltages from 24 to 220  volt are available ex stock.

There are some applications requiring specialized systems to remove contaminated or aggressive condensates. Typical examples are large receivers, inline separators & on the condensate discharge or downstream of deliquescent dryers.

This unit is compact and is housed in a through ABS fire resistant casing. The valve actuator / timer module is manufactured to IP 65 standards. A tough sensitive pad adjusts the drain time intervals with 10 different drain time intervals between 4 min to 24 hrs. The 44 can also be programmed to “stay in the open position over 10 steps to between 7 sec’s to 15 minutes. The valve can be manually triggered, and is fitted with a high intensity LED showing the operational status. Maximum pressure 40 bar G, 220 or 110 volt power supply is needed.

The ARTIC 44 offers a cost effective and reliable drain system for all types of application. Please note that both 110v and 220v units are available.

The ARTIC 22 eliminates the risk of human error and a possible costly aftermath by providing regular controlled draining system, on time, every time – automatically.

The  ARTIC 22 unit consists of a solid-state timer coupled to a solenoid valve and only requires a simple installation procedure. The unit suits for a wide range of compressed air system components, aftercoolers, dryers, filters, pressure vessels & piping regardless of their size or capacity – simply adjust the interval and discharge times to suit the particular compressed air system.

The ARTIC 11 is designed to provide a solution for the automatic draining of filter bowls. The draining intervals can be adjusted to suit filters up to 18m³/min.

The ARTIC 11 unit consists of a solid-state timer coupled to a solenoid valve and only requires a simple installation procedure. High-pressure versions and a variety of voltages are available.
