The DS 300 provides operators of compressors & air dryers a comprehensive overview of the system performance from one wall, or panel, instrument. Data can be recorded in a large variety of units e.g. cfm or m³/min, deg C or F to identify a few!

The DS300  can be  supplied with up to four probes or sensors as shown above.   The CS software allows for alarm set points to be installed and  changed  for alarm and alert  functions. The display screen turns from grey to flashing red when a set point alarm has been reached to warn operators of a possible problem.  

The DS 300 has the ability to provide outputs in a 4-20mA, Modbus, Profibus or RS-485.  The optional data logger allows for ongoing (rollover) safe data storage for up to 1,000,000 measurements. Data is transferred via a USB port on the fascia panel. Data can also  be exported in an Excel format

The flow probes can also be used to measure vacuum systems. Absolute pressure sensors are available.  We also have the ability to measure high pressure systems up to 340 bar 

A wide variety of dew point probes are available with ranges from -80°C to + 50°C.  probes are also available in explosion proof formats. Please make any special needs known to us prior to order.  All probes and sensor are sold with factory certificates; please advise us of your certification needs prior to order.
